• Vocal Bazar – Customer food delivery and local services app
• VB Rider – Delivery agent app
• VB Vendor – Vendor / merchant management app

All three applications operate under the same platform and backend services, and this Privacy Policy applies to users of all these apps.

Information We Collect

Depending on the app and user role, we may collect the following information:

• Personal Information: Name, phone number
• Location Information: Delivery address, pickup location, or service area
• Order & Task Information: Orders, delivery tasks, order status, and history
• Vendor Information: Shop name, menu items, pricing, and availability

How We Use Your Information

• To process food orders and local service requests
• To assign and manage deliveries through VB Rider
• To enable vendors to manage orders using VB Vendor
• To verify users via phone number and OTP authentication
• To communicate order, delivery, and service updates
• To provide customer and partner support

Payments

Payments are handled using Cash on Delivery or UPI on Delivery. We do not collect or store sensitive payment information such as debit/credit card details.

Checkout Process

When placing an order through the Vocal Bazar platform, users can review their selected items, delivery address, and total order amount before confirming the order.

• Users must verify the order details before confirming checkout.
• Once an order is placed, it is forwarded to the respective vendor for preparation.
• The platform may assign a delivery agent through the VB Rider app to complete the delivery.
• Payment is currently collected at the time of delivery via Cash or UPI.

Checkout & Payment Flow

During checkout from the cart page, users are presented with available payment options before confirming their order.

• Cash on Delivery (COD): Users can choose to pay the order amount directly to the delivery agent at the time of delivery.
• Online Payment: Users can choose to pay online using supported payment methods.

If the user selects Online Payment, they will be securely redirected to a third-party Payment Gateway page to complete the transaction.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Orders placed through the Vocal Bazar platform may be cancelled under certain circumstances depending on the order status.

• Orders may be cancelled before the vendor begins preparation.
• Once an order has been prepared or dispatched for delivery, cancellation may not be possible.
• If an order cannot be fulfilled due to vendor issues, delivery problems, or service unavailability, users may be eligible for a refund.

Currently, refunds are processed manually by our support team within 3–7 working days.

Data Sharing

We do not sell or share personal data with third-party advertisers. Data is shared only between customers, delivery agents, and vendors as required to fulfill orders and services.

Data Security

All data transmitted between our apps and servers is encrypted using HTTPS.

Data Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to provide our services or comply with legal requirements.

Pricing & Payments

Prices are determined by vendors and may include applicable taxes and delivery charges. Online payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.

Intellectual Property Rights

All platform content including logos, software, and design belongs to Vocal Bazar and cannot be used without permission.

Limitation of Liability

Vocal Bazar shall not be liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from delays, service interruptions, or vendor issues.

Third-Party Services Disclaimer

The platform may integrate with third-party services such as payment gateways and mapping services. Vocal Bazar is not responsible for the policies or actions of such services.

Termination Rights

Vocal Bazar reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activities.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India and disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.

Modification Clause

Vocal Bazar reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
